How It Works
The engagement begins with a comprehensive audit of your life across every major area. Career, relationships, health, finances, identity, and how you spend your time. Not the version you present. The real one.
Most high-performing men find this immediately clarifying. You have likely never looked at your life this precisely before. The audit shows you exactly where the gaps are and where your actual standards, the ones you are living not the ones you intend, are falling short of what you want.
This is where the work gets specific. We examine the standards you hold in each area of your life and more importantly the standards you are actually living by. For most men at this level there is a significant gap between the two. Identifying that gap is where the work begins.
From there we work through The Life Design Method based on your identity. Who you are now, who you need to become, and what needs to change in the structure of your life to get there. The framework is built around three movements:
Two sessions per month. Each session is focused, direct, and built around where you are in the framework and what you bring to the call.
Between sessions you have direct access via Voxer and email, voice or text, for what comes up between calls. This is not a hotline. It is a thinking partner available when something real surfaces between sessions.
You come into every session with a goal. You leave with a next step. The work moves forward every time.
Four Months
This is where you find clarity and get real traction. Eight sessions over four months, plus Voxer and email access between calls.
By the end you have completed the full Life Design Method framework. You have a life architecture, a concrete set of standards, priorities, and decisions, that is yours. You leave knowing exactly who you are, what you want, and how you are going to operate.
Twelve Months
This is where the real transformation takes place.
Two sessions per month over a full year, plus continuous voice and text access between sessions. The twelve month engagement goes beyond the framework into full implementation. Navigating the decisions, the relationships, the transitions, and the moments where the work gets tested by real life.
